Payment and cancellation policies:
Coordination and services

Payment for coordination and related services is always required in advance.

If the event is canceled by the client (not due to the provider's fault), the amount paid is not refunded.
Decoration rental

If you cancel your decoration order 60 days or more before the event date, we will refund the deposit in full.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the event date, the deposit (or full payment) is non-refundable, as it is very difficult to offer the decorations to other clients.
Exceptions and individual assessment

We only refund money in cases where it was not possible for us to perform the service (e.g. due to force majeure)
