Refund Policy

Payment and cancellation policies:

Coordination and services

  • Payment for coordination and related services is always required in advance.

  • If the event is canceled by the client (not due to the provider's fault), the amount paid is not refunded.

Decoration rental

  • If you cancel your decoration order 60 days or more before the event date, we will refund the deposit in full.

  • If you cancel less than 60 days before the event date, the deposit (or full payment) is non-refundable, as it is very difficult to offer the decorations to other clients.

Exceptions and individual assessment

  • We only refund money in cases where it was not possible for us to perform the service (e.g. due to force majeure)
