General terms and conditions

2. Services offered
   We offer decoration rental and other services by arrangement.

3. Orders and reservations
   Orders are binding after confirmation by email or phone. Reservation of decorations is valid after payment of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment terms
   Prices are negotiable, payment terms are as agreed. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 60 days in advance.

5. Cancellation and changes
   Cancellation or change of reservation is possible by arrangement, cancellation up to 60 days before the event free of charge, later by arrangement.

6. Return of goods
   Decorations must be returned undamaged within the agreed deadline. In case of damage or loss, we will charge a compensation based on the value of the item.

7. Privacy Policy
   Data processing is governed by GDPR principles - see separate page.

8. Dispute resolution
   In disputed situations, we follow the laws of the Czech Republic and offer the option of out-of-court resolution (CTI).

9. Changes to terms and conditions
   The terms and conditions may be updated, the valid version can always be found on the website.​
